Refund and Returns Policy
Hurah Shop – Refunds & Returns Policy
At Hurah Shop, your happiness matters to us. We want every order to arrive in perfect condition, just as you expected. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Because many of our items (such as t-shirts, ornaments, desk calendars, and other personalized or made-to-order products) are produced specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size or color ordered
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
However, we gladly accept returns or replacements for issues caused by us or our production partners.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
What we need:
- Order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
3. Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, we will:
- Contact the carrier to track the shipment
- Send a free replacement or refund the order if confirmed lost
Please notify us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
4. Exchanges (Size or Color)
Since our apparel and customized products are made to order, we currently cannot offer direct size or color exchanges.
Please double-check the size chart or product details before ordering.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
6. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
