Shipping Policy – Hurah Shop

Hurah Shop is operated by Hurah LLC. Orders are fulfilled by our partner warehouses in the United States and overseas.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States.

2. Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden handling fees at checkout.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) before they leave the warehouse.

4. Delivery Time

Each product page shows where the item ships from and its delivery estimate:

US warehouse: typically 3–7 business days after processing
Overseas warehouse: typically 12–20 business days after processing

If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking can take 1–3 business days to show movement after the label is created.

6. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

Carrier delays can happen during peak seasons or bad weather. If your package has not arrived within 14 days after the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, please use our contact form and see our Refunds & Returns Policy.
