These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shop.hurah.us (the "Site") and purchases from Hurah Shop, operated by Hurah LLC ("we", "us", "our"), 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and Pricing

We try to describe products, images, and prices accurately. Colors and sizes may vary slightly from photos.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout.
If a product is listed with an error in price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if an item is out of stock or payment cannot be verified.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card details.

4. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Site content, including text, design and logos, belongs to Hurah LLC or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
